In a strategic move to deepen engagement with high-performing agencies, April Swales has joined NEST as Business Development Manager. Swales spearheads outreach to agency prospects that meet the network’s high standards for affiliation. She highlights NEST’s suite of exclusive benefits and business-building resources and onboards exceptional candidates.

Swales brings a dynamic blend of leadership, innovation, and firsthand agency experience to NEST. Most recently, she served as Director, Marketing & Sales at Uniglobe Travel Center. There she led advisor recruitment and mentorship for more than 500 agencies, delivering measurable sales growth. Her nine-year tenure as the owner of a luxury travel agency further equips her to champion NEST’s objective of empowering advisors through technology, coaching, and strategic partnerships.
