New Training and Networking by TRAVELSAVERS and NEST
TRAVELSAVERS and NEST have announced a lineup of professional development opportunities for 2026, which include a mix of in-person events, online training and destination trips designed to support agency growth and adaptation to industry changes.
“The best advisors know they need constant education to stay on top of their game, so leading the way in training is a priority for us,” said Kathryn Mazza-Burney, TRAVELSAVERS Chief Sales Officer and NEST President, in a press statement. “Our professional development initiatives help advisors use the benefits of their affiliation with us to the fullest. With this training, they will refine business strategies, drive further efficiencies, optimize commissions, and ultimately become even more profitable.”
TRAVELSAVERS & NEST Offer Exclusive Opportunities
The calendar features exclusive gatherings such as the Affluent Traveler Collection Symposium scheduled for Sept. 22-24 and Travel Market from Sept. 24-27, both hosted at the JW Marriott San Antonio Hill Country Resort and Spa in Texas. These events provide access to industry speakers, sessions on current trends, updates on network initiatives, and networking opportunities.
New for 2026, the NEST Owners Focus Retreat provides agency owners and preferred partners with a platform to tackle business challenges and developments through interactive sessions and discussions. The retreat balances formal programming with informal activities to foster relationship building. Additionally, the NEST Stars Retreat, which debuted in 2025, will return to support emerging agencies with best practices and networking.
Top-performing affiliates will be invited to the Elite Retreat, a reward trip that combines travel to sought-after destinations with opportunities to strengthen supplier relationships.
TRAVELSAVERS and NEST will continue their series of education and networking events across the U.S. and Canada. The Dine & Discover and Lunch & Learn formats offer updates on products, exclusive offers and industry trends, complemented by meals and interactive activities that reinforce learning and connections. In 2026, Dine & Discover events are planned for Tampa, Los Angeles, Boston, Philadelphia, Toronto, Montreal, Vancouver and Quebec City, with a Lunch & Learn in Durham, North Carolina.
The KORE education program, launched in 2021 to train new travel professionals, is undergoing a significant update. The refreshed curriculum will include multimedia content, interactive exercises, gamification and mobile compatibility. Agencies will have the option to customize KORE for their teams. KORE offers a self-paced online curriculum with mentoring from agency owners or managers, as well as career referrals.
In-destination educational trips, known as Experiences, will continue to provide firsthand knowledge of locations. A monthly Tuesday Trainings & Tips webinar series will feature suppliers such as hotels, tour operators, cruise lines and destination management companies.
Of note: Attendees will have chances to win $100 gift cards from partners. Recorded webinars and instructional videos will be available on demand through the TRAVELSAVERS and NEST portals; business analysts and other experts also offer personalized training on programs, tools and services.
